Q3: How to get the sample from factory?
A3: lf stocked items, samples can be shipped out in priority. lf out of stock, the sample will beproduced according to customers’ design and requirements.
Q4: How about the sample fee?
A4: You can get free sample in our stock but you need to pay for shipping. For the sample fee is according to your design, if the quantity reaches our MOQ, then we can refund the sample fee to your bulk production order.
Q5: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A5: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3~7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3~5 days.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account. Sample order for checking quality is warmly welcome!
Q6: What's your MOQ?
A6: Our MOQ is usually 200pcs per design per color. For our factory, we can accept custom 1pcs sample. Please consult our sales for details.
Q7: What services can you provide?
A7: We can provide OEM/ODM customization services, including customized design, customized materials, customized colors, customized textures, customized sizes, customized LOGO(Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing), customized packaging, etc.
Q8: Can you do the design for us?
A8: We have a professional team with rich experience in product design. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect finished product. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q9: What kind of files do you accept for printing?
A9: AI, PDF, CoreDraw, high resolution JPG is the best.
Q10: What details do I need to provide to get an accurate quote?
A10: The basic elements are the product style, material, quantity, size, color, logo crafts... If you have no idea about it, please advise your product for better recommendation.
Q11: Why OEM or ODM price is not the same as our shop shows?
A11: The unit price depends on quantity, material, size, logo, color, packaging style ect. Every client has his own request, so the price will be different. We will try our best to offer allcustomers reasonable price.
Q12: When can I get the quotation?
A12: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get theprice, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q14: What delivery terms do you accept?
A14: EXW, FCA, FAS, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAT, DAP, DDP.
Q15: What’s your lead time?
A15: Generally, according to your order quantity. For sample -- if have in stock, 1~3 working days, custom sample 3~7 working days; For bulk order -- if have in stock, 3~5 working days, custom bulk order 18~30 working days. Please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.
Q16: What is your payment method?
A16: We accept payment by L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal, Alipay etc. And the normal payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
Q17: How do you guarantee the product's quality?
A17: We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality. Normally, we have 4 steps of inspections to control our product quality from material to production. Firstly, material inspecting--make sure the material match the order's request Second, production beginning--make sure the first product is the same as confirmed sample. Third, whole producing time--QC check the production line at regular intervals. Fourth, sampling inspection after finish the order.
Q18 : How do I inspect my goods?
A18 : You can inspect by visit factory by person, or ask third party to inspection, or by picture inspection.
Q19 : How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A19 : The freight will be given by the freight company based on your G.W. and V.W..
Q20: What's your delivery method?
A20: We have many shipping methods for your reference, depends on your quantity and request, we will recommend at least three suitable shipping ways for you. By sea, by air, by express(DHL, FedEx,UPS, EMS,TNT etc.). Transportation ports: Yantian, Shekou... lf order is small quantity, we could send them to you by express delivery. lf order is large quantity, we will recommend that you by sea through Your designated freight forwarder. Our long-term cooperated agent also available.
Q21: How do I know the shipping track of my order?
A21: The tracking number or air waybill or B/L by Sea will be sent to you as soon as your goods are shipped out, and we will also follow up on the delivery and keep you informed at all times.
Q22: All of your products are in stocks?
A22: No, not all products are in stock. We are a manufacturer taht mainly focus on OEM/ODM orders, only some of products are in stock, click here to see the products in stock.
Q23: My package was lost or damaged in transit, what should I do?
A23: Please contact our support team or sales and we will confirm your order with the parcel and QC department, if it is our problem, we will refund or re-product or resend to you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q24: What about the warranty?
A24: We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually you will receive the products in good condition. But to avoid any unexpected trouble about quality problem, we suggest that you check the products once you receive them, and let us know if there is any dam aged ones, so that we can deal with it immediately.
